Terms & Conditions

These terms will be effective from April 28, 2026.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the agreement between you and Hirepreneurs Technologies Private Limited ("HiremeClub," "we," "us") governing access to and use of the HiremeClub platform, including our website, onboarding flows, and subscription services. By using our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and accept them as binding.

Where you register or subscribe on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we post updates, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where stricter notice or consent is required by law. We will notify you of material changes by email where appropriate.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to HiremeClub websites, onboarding flows, recruiter consoles, and packaged applications referencing these Terms ("Platform" interchangeably herein). Operator: Hirepreneurs Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us,") located in Bengaluru, India.

Selecting checkboxes labelled "I agree," authenticating SSO, or commencing paid rollout after preview tours constitutes affirmative acceptance. Corporations enrolling Workspaces certify the signatory binds that entity—including wholly owned subsidiaries you scope within your order form where applicable.

2. Description of service

HiremeClub provides recruiter-grade automation centred on repeatable AI scoring, conversational interview intelligence, ATS-like collaboration, monetised subscription packaging, integrations (including MCP-exposed recruiter actions tied to guarded backend APIs when released), WhatsApp-ready delivery layers, SOC-minded logging, granular seat administration, invoicing artefacts, SSO hooks, and ancillary educational materials.

The Platform currently includes—but will expand over roadmap releases—the following illustrative pillars:

  • AI resume screening — bulk upload and instant AI scoring of candidates against job requirements.
  • AI video interviews — automated video screening with behavioural analytics and scoring.
  • Recruiter CRM — end-to-end candidate pipeline management from screening to hire.
  • WhatsApp outreach — bulk personalised candidate messaging with automated follow-ups (upcoming).

Any new features added to the platform are automatically subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may use HiremeClub solely for lawful internal recruitment and talent acquisition purposes. You must not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform or its data to third parties.
  • Use the platform to process data on behalf of any unauthorised third party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, or interfere with platform systems.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Use the WhatsApp feature to send unsolicited spam or violate WhatsApp's policies.
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against candidates through the platform.
  • Share a single login across multiple people — each user must have their own account.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. Suspected illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.
  • You must immediately notify us at support@hiremeclub.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • HiremeClub may access your account to provide technical support as reasonably required.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Access to HiremeClub's paid features requires a subscription. Subscriptions are billed as follows:

Monthly

Pay as you go — billed each month.

  • Cancel anytime
  • 48 hrs notice required
  • Auto-renews each month

Annual

Discounted rate — billed upfront yearly.

  • Cancel to stop renewal
  • No refund for unused months
  • Access for full year
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice posted on our website or sent via email.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely via a third-party gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.
  • The account owner receives an email receipt for every charge. Receipts are also available in the platform.
  • If a charge fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry within a reasonable period before suspending access.

6. AI functionality & candidate data

By using HiremeClub, you consent to automated and semi-autonomous AI processing—including model invocations surfaced through MCP-style connectors—to evaluate résumé text, recruiter-provided bulk spreadsheets, and optional video artefacts as described deeper in our Privacy Policy.

You (the recruiter) are the data controller for candidate information you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process that data, and for informing candidates how their data will be used.

HiremeClub acts as a data processor on your behalf and will process candidate data only per your instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

AI scores and evaluations are tools to assist human decision-making. Final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the recruiter. HiremeClub does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including software, AI models, UI designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Hirepreneurs Technologies Private Limited or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform.

Any feedback or feature suggestions you provide to HiremeClub may be freely used by us to improve the platform without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiremeClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the one month immediately preceding the date of the claim.

9. Termination & governing law

By you:You may cancel your account at any time through the platform's account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

By HiremeClub: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiremeClub, its officers, and employees against any claims or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
