2. How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Here's how cancellation works for each plan type:
Monthly plans
Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations within 48 hours of billing may result in one final charge. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
Cancel anytime to prevent automatic renewal at year-end. No refunds are issued for unused months within the current annual period. Access continues for the full year already paid.
Renewals:All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email before renewal. To stop renewal, cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
3. When refunds are granted
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
Service non-performance
If our platform fails to function as described and our team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Duplicate / erroneous charge
If a billing error results in a double charge or an incorrect amount, we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount once verified — at no cost to you.
Refunds are not granted for: change of mind, underutilisation of the platform, dissatisfaction with AI scoring results, or account terminations due to Terms violations.
4. How to request a refund
- Email us at support@hiremeclub.com with your registered account email, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of billing errors).
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin investigation.
- We will respond with a decision within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We cannot process refunds to a different card or account.
5. Account terminations
HiremeClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions — including misuse of the WhatsApp outreach feature, fraudulent activity, or illegal use of the platform.
In such cases, no refund will be issued for the subscription period during which the account was active. Data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrading: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period at the new plan rate.
- Downgrading: When you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle. You may lose access to certain features or capacity limits that exceed your new plan. HiremeClub does not accept liability for loss of features upon downgrading.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
