Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to HiremeClub. We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may occur affecting your use of our services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may request a refund or cancel services on the HiremeClub platform.

This policy applies to all users including job posters and job seekers.

Subscription Cancellation

Job Posters

If you subscribe to any paid services on HiremeClub, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before billing may still result in the next month's charge.

Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel anytime to prevent next year renewal.
  • Refunds for unused months in the current subscription period are not provided.

Refunds

All purchases made on HiremeClub are generally non-refundable except in the cases described below.

Service Non-performance

If our services fail to perform as advertised or technical issues prevent normal usage, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service.

Please allow our team to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is issued.

Double Payments

If a billing error or duplicate payment occurs, HiremeClub will investigate and refund the duplicate amount once verified.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the issue you encountered.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellations by HiremeClub

HiremeClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if user activity violates our Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, HiremeClub will not refund any fees already paid for the subscription period during which the account was active.

Modifications to Services

HiremeClub reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with or without notice.
